Mascara Quarterly Membership

Was using the mascara subscription for a little over a year and never had any issues. Product is great, but I never received my last two shipments (6 months time period) and was charged for both. I reached out the first time and they promised they would send the next Lot as soon as possible. That did not occur. I was charged again and reached out and received nothing back. I canceled my subscription and I have received no correspondence when I email their support. I still have not received the product or been refunded. Not quite sure what happened, but regardless of the manufacturing issues their customer service is awful.

Been a user for a while and will never use anything else

This is the best mascara I’ve found! Very smooth application with no clumps, volumizes and lengthens, AND is zero-waste! They recently changed the wand and it works even better.

This product is great in theory; however, I found that there was way too much in the tube to be switched quarterly. I held onto mine for 6+ months, and was always having to delay shipment of the next one. I also find that the product is a little too wet & gloppy. No matter how much I try to scrape off, my lashes had too much product on & I had to separate with a lash comb.

It can be a little thick and I have to wipe off a lot each time, so that can take a little extra time, but overall I am very happy with the mascara and LOVE that they are zero waste!!!
