Shipping Information + Return Policy

Your Izzy weighs approximately one pound together with the reusable shipper it comes in, and takes 2-7 days to arrive via USPS depending on your proximity to our warehouse. You are responsible for the shipping costs of between $4-$7 each way, which will be billed to you automatically at checkout. If you decide that Izzy’s not for you, not to worry. We’ll refund your first order in full within 30 days of purchase, regardless of the reason. We just ask that you return your Izzy so it can be reused (and doesn’t end up in a landfill or the ocean). You can easily send it back in the reusable shipper that was provided to you.
