Izzy ensures that nothing from our manufacturing, marketing, and distribution processes ends up as waste. We focus on reducing, reusing, recycling, and composting, utilizing refillable stainless steel makeup tubes and reusable shippers that you return when you are done with your products.

Unlike many brands that aim to reduce waste, Izzy achieves zero waste by eliminating plastic, cardboard, and disposable packaging. Our local manufacturing within a 400-mile radius in the Northeastern US also contributes to a significantly smaller carbon footprint.

Plastic has persisted in the environment for centuries, contributing to pollution and harming wildlife. Izzy eliminates plastic components in our products to reduce environmental impact.

Yes, Izzy products are 100% cruelty-free and vegan-friendly, contain no animal-derived ingredients, and have never been tested on animals.

Our products are free from harmful ingredients such as sulfates, parabens, formaldehyde, phthalates, mineral oil, and many others, ensuring a clean and safe beauty experience.

Izzy employs a patent-pending triple cleaning process that is medical-grade, effectively removing all bacteria and contaminants from returned products before refilling.

Not returning your Izzy mascara and shipper results in a $25 restocking fee for the mascara and a $5 fee for the shipper, as these items are designed for long-term reuse.

Members may pause their subscription for up to three months or cancel at any time. However, returning the mascara and shipper is required to avoid restocking fees.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, Izzy offers a full refund within 30 days, provided the products are returned for reuse.
