I love this mascara and have used it exclusively for the past 4-5 years. Not only is this company one I believe in, but the product itself is superior. Fair price for the quality and the zero waste aspect. Numerous times over the years there have been comments on how my eyelashes always look flawless. The receiving and returning of the shipping pouches&steel tubes is so easy-return slip included in the pouch. Customer service is personable and responsive. Love love love.

I love love love this product! I have super sensitive eyes and needed a mascara that would not irritate my eyelids. This product doesn’t smear or smudge throughout hot days or busy weekends. I’m generally pretty picky about mascara wands but the curl from this wand is lovely - no curler required!
Great packaging, great design, loved the formulation - and of course the sustainability.
I love love love this mascara but lately I feel like it has run out much faster and starts to clump up. I’m not sure if I just got a dud or if the formula has changed but it used to be much better. After week 1 of using it, it seems like the brush starts to wear out more.

The mascara works well. Still trying to figure out the best technique in using the funny shaped brush. Love that the tube will be refilled. Wish that the brush could be sanitized and reused too. I chose this aluminum tube over another brand that makes glass tubes because I am concerned that I might drop the tube and don't want to deal with shattered glass.
I love the texture and the smell. The best part though is the lack of guilt due to the non-plastic packaging and shipping method.
I’m super happy with this brow gel. It holds well, and drys quickly without flaking. The brush size is also small enough that I have control when shaping my brows. It is a small container, but should last a few months even with daily use. Excited to curate a zero waste beauty routine!
This is my first time using Izzy products and only day 3 of using it continuously, but the volume this mascara gives my lashes is so amazing! I LOVE it! Also, knowing that I am investing in a sustainable product makes the experience of using this product even more enjoyable, especially as I strive to reduce my waste in my day to day where I can.
Would not call this a gloss, that is very misleading. It is a matte finish, not remotely glossy.
I received my first tube as a Christmas present this past year. I initially wanted to try it out due to it being zero waste but was pleasantly surprised with how much I love it. I don't wear a lot of makeup, and a couple of coats really lengthens and darkens my lashes, maintaining a more natural look. Also, the process to ship the tube back and get a new one is super easy.
The company itself is super dedicated to its mission and customers. There was a mistake with one of my previous orders and I truly appreciated how transparent the team was. They were honest about the mix up and corrected the situation immediately, I really enjoyed my experience with them. They've definitely earned a customer for life!
It feels great going on, but I need to add another layer of hydration before bed and halfway through the day (with AM application). With this product name, I expected more and lasting moisturizing effects.

I liked the mascara sent on the first order. I’ve returned the second order because the wand and mascara seemed faulty, as though a used product was sent by mistake. I enclosed an explanatory note with the returned product.
Loved the depth of color, but on me it came out really red on me, too red for me.
I love everything about this mascara. It covers nicely, builds well and stays on all day without flaking. I love that it comes in a recyclable and reusable container, and I love that it comes in a shipping pouch that can also be used again and again by the company. I’ve been using this for well over a year.
