Great Product

I’m super happy with this brow gel. It holds well, and drys quickly without flaking. The brush size is also small enough that I have control when shaping my brows. It is a small container, but should last a few months even with daily use. Excited to curate a zero waste beauty routine!

Decent, flexible hold, terrible customer service.

I like the product enough, it does flake a little bit at the end of a long day. It is more comfortable than other products I've tried though, and the flake seems to come with my personal habit of scowling when I'm concentrating.

I asked a question more than a month ago about adding this to what I thought was an existing subscription. Turns out I wasn't subscribed, but I had to figure that out on my own because no one replied. When I realized this and ordered, I got an email that my order had been placed, but then it didn't ship for over a week. When I emailed customer service, I, again, got no reply, but my order did ship about 48 hours after that. I love the concept, so I'll stick around until someone with better customer service enters the game, but Izzy, I am very much NOT a loyal customer due to the lack of basic communication.
