I absolutely love the idea of this product and company. I was so excited to find this and was thrilled to purchase their mascara. Got it in my reusable mailer and knew this company gets it. Unfortunately, they failed to advertise that their mascara is waterproof, I read the product description, the wholepage, and no where did I see that. I abhor waterproof mascara. This means I have to buy a different product (that probably comes in plastic which is the whole point of this company- NOT to buy single use plastics), and 9 times out of ten, my eyes get irritated. So just super bummed that I won’t be continuing to support this idea. Because I genuinely love it. Just hate that I hate the product. Would also be nice if it came in another color option. If you’re a fan of waterproof, black mascara, this is the one.
I love this mascara. It goes on smoothly and stays in place. Also, the aluminum case feels substantial. A step up and its sustainable too.
I love this mascara and have used it exclusively for the past 4-5 years. Not only is this company one I believe in, but the product itself is superior. Fair price for the quality and the zero waste aspect. Numerous times over the years there have been comments on how my eyelashes always look flawless. The receiving and returning of the shipping pouches&steel tubes is so easy-return slip included in the pouch. Customer service is personable and responsive. Love love love.
